LEGAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

Managed IT Services

Reliable technology. Supported employees. Stronger security habits.
ProExpress Process provides ongoing IT support, maintenance, and technology administration for small law firms and professional businesses.
From employee support and device management to cybersecurity awareness training and phishing simulations, we help organize the technology responsibilities that keep your business operating.
Our goal is to reduce avoidable interruptions, maintain clearer oversight of your systems, and help your team work confidently—so you can stay focused on your clients and business priorities.
🧭 What Is Managed IT?
Managed IT is an ongoing service for supporting and maintaining the business technology included in your service agreement.
Instead of addressing only individual breakdowns, we establish a structured approach to technical support, routine maintenance, user access, device management, and selected security responsibilities.
Your plan identifies what is covered, how employees request assistance, who approves changes, and how issues are escalated.
🖥️ Everyday IT Support & Management

🎧 Helpdesk, Remote & On-Site Support
Give your employees a clear place to turn when technology interrupts their work.
We assist with supported issues involving computers, account access, email, applications, shared files, printers, and connectivity. Requests are documented and prioritized according to their impact on your business.
Remote assistance is used where appropriate, with on-site support arranged according to location, availability, and your service agreement.

📊 Device, Server & Network Monitoring
Maintain visibility into the condition of supported systems.
Monitoring may cover device availability, storage capacity, processor and memory usage, critical services, update status, and installed protection tools. Relevant alerts are reviewed for maintenance, troubleshooting, or further investigation.
Where included, automated monitoring can operate continuously. Human review, escalation, and response follow the coverage specified in your plan.

🔄 Software Updates & Vulnerability Management
Keep supported systems updated and track identified weaknesses through remediation.
We coordinate operating-system updates, supported application patches, and approved maintenance windows. Where included, vulnerability assessments help identify issues that may require configuration changes, software updates, vendor action, or equipment replacement.
Findings are prioritized and tracked, with follow-up verification where practical. Scanning coverage and remediation responsibilities are defined in the agreement.

💻 IT Asset Tracking & Device Lifecycle Management
Know what equipment your business has, who uses it, and when it needs attention.
We help maintain records of supported computers, installed software, assigned users, warranty status, and relevant lifecycle information.
Reviews can identify aging equipment, unused devices, upcoming renewals, and replacement needs—giving leadership a clearer basis for maintenance and purchasing decisions.

👥 Employee Onboarding, Offboarding & Device Provisioning
Make technology preparation part of a repeatable employee process.
For new hires, we help prepare approved accounts, configure devices, install required applications, and assign access appropriate to their responsibilities.
When employees leave or change roles, we coordinate authorized access changes, equipment returns, and business-data handover. Device wiping or decommissioning is performed only after approval and confirmation of any required data-preservation instructions.

☁️ Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
Keep your existing cloud workspace organized and supported.
Ongoing administration may include user accounts, license assignments, shared mailboxes, collaboration settings, file permissions, and troubleshooting within the systems covered by your plan.
Support for Cloud PCs and other cloud resources can also be included. Migrations, substantial redesigns, and custom integrations are separately scoped when they extend beyond routine administration.

🌐 Network, Wi-Fi & Remote-Work Support
Help employees connect to the business systems they need.
Support may include troubleshooting office Wi-Fi, supported network equipment, internet connectivity, and approved remote-access arrangements.
When resolution depends on an internet provider, equipment manufacturer, or software vendor, we coordinate the technical follow-up and communicate outstanding dependencies.

🤝 Vendor, Warranty & Procurement Coordination
Reduce the time your team spends managing technical conversations and equipment issues.
We help open authorized vendor support cases, review warranty status, coordinate repair or replacement requests, and track outstanding actions.
Procurement assistance may include comparing suitable equipment, checking compatibility, evaluating renewal options, and preparing recommendations for approval. Purchases and third-party charges remain subject to your agreed budget and authorization process.

🎓 Cybersecurity Awareness Training
Help employees recognize risks before they become business problems.
Our cybersecurity awareness service provides an organized approach to employee education, participation tracking, and follow-up. Ongoing training and phishing simulations are established service components in the supporting service scope.
Training topics can be tailored to your organization and may cover:
•    Suspicious emails and impersonation: Recognizing questionable messages, unexpected attachments, and requests that appear to come from colleagues, clients, or vendors.
•    Account and document security: Password practices, multifactor authentication, safe sharing, and handling sensitive business information.
•    Payment and information requests: Verifying unexpected changes to payment instructions or requests for confidential information.
•    Reporting concerns: Knowing how to report a suspicious message, accidental disclosure, or potential security incident.
Training can be incorporated into employee onboarding and continued through scheduled refresher assignments.
We help administer the program, track completion, and coordinate reminders or additional guidance. The objective is not simply to distribute courses—it is to make security education an ongoing, visible responsibility.
🎣 Phishing Simulations & Employee Follow-Up
Give employees a controlled opportunity to practice recognizing suspicious messages.
Authorized phishing simulations use test messages to assess how employees respond to selected scenarios. Campaigns are planned around the organization’s approved objectives and administered through the agreed training platform.
Our proposed service includes campaign coordination, review of available results, and appropriate educational follow-up. Scenarios may address impersonation, unexpected document-sharing requests, or suspicious account notifications.
Employees who need additional guidance can receive targeted refresher training. Leadership receives a practical summary of participation, available simulation outcomes, and recommended next steps.
Simulations are conducted for education and improvement—not to embarrass employees or collect their real passwords. Campaign scope, authorization, and access to individual results are agreed in advance.

📈 Training & Phishing Status Updates
Where monthly reporting is included, leadership receives an overview of assigned, completed, and overdue training, together with relevant simulation results and outstanding follow-up actions.
This makes it easier to see whether the program is being completed and where managers need to reinforce participation. Monthly performance and security reporting are included in the supporting service scope.
🛡️ Security Administration & Data Protection
🔐 Account Access & Sign-In Protection
Establish a clearer process for granting, reviewing, and removing access.
We help configure approved access groups, administrative permissions, single sign-on for compatible applications, and multifactor authentication for supported systems.
Access changes follow designated approval procedures, with reviews available to identify inactive accounts or permissions that no longer match an employee’s responsibilities.

🖥️ Endpoint Protection & Security Alerts
Maintain agreed protection settings on supported computers and other covered devices.
We help administer approved endpoint-protection tools, review their operating status, investigate relevant alerts, and coordinate corrective action within the service scope.
Suspected incidents requiring specialist investigation or a broader response follow the agreed escalation process. Advanced incident response and digital forensics are not automatically included in routine IT support.

📋 Security Logging & Suspicious-Activity Review
Maintain useful activity records for the systems included in your plan.
Where supported and agreed, we help configure log collection, retention settings, and alerts for selected events. Reviews may address unusual sign-ins, repeated access failures, unexpected permission changes, or other activity requiring investigation.
An alert is treated as a reason to investigate—not proof of misconduct. Monitoring scope, authorized reviewers, retention periods, and escalation responsibilities are established before deployment.

🔍 Security Reviews & Audit Preparation
Understand how selected technical controls are configured and where improvements are needed.
Reviews may examine access permissions, device settings, update status, endpoint protection, logging, and other agreed controls. Findings are organized into practical recommendations with priorities and assigned responsibilities.
We can also help assemble technical documentation and track remediation work for an external review. This is assessment and preparation support—not a guarantee of regulatory compliance or an independent certification.

🗂️ Backup Oversight & Recovery Support
Make backup coverage and recovery responsibilities explicit.
When included, we help oversee the agreed backup service, review job status, investigate failures, coordinate restore testing, and assist with supported recovery requests.
Your plan identifies the protected systems, retention periods, testing schedule, recovery responsibilities, and associated costs. Backup coverage is confirmed rather than assumed.
⚖️ Managed IT for Law Firms & Professional Businesses
Your support plan should reflect how your organization works.
For law firms, we consider the technology used for client intake, communication, document access, billing, remote work, and administration. Access arrangements are developed with designated decision-makers and aligned with approved employee responsibilities.
We coordinate maintenance around known operational priorities and work with the vendors responsible for your supported legal and business applications.
Technical changes involving records preservation, access removal, or data deletion follow the firm’s approved instructions. Legal decisions remain with the firm and its counsel.
📈 Reporting & Technology Planning
📅 Monthly Service Updates
Where included, monthly reports summarize relevant support activity, recurring issues, device health, maintenance status, security findings, and training participation.
Items requiring leadership approval are separated from routine technical work so decisions and outstanding responsibilities are easier to identify. Reports reflect the systems and services actually covered by your agreement.

🤝 Quarterly Technology Reviews
Step back from individual support tickets and review the bigger picture.
Quarterly reviews can address service performance, staffing changes, recurring problems, security priorities, equipment replacements, renewals, and planned projects.
The outcome is an updated action plan showing recommended next steps, responsibilities, and anticipated budget decisions.
🔄 How Managed IT Begins
1️⃣ Review Your Environment
We discuss your current systems, users, devices, providers, and the problems you want to address.

2️⃣ Agree on the Service Plan
We define supported systems, service hours, responsibilities, priorities, fees, and exclusions before ongoing management begins.

3️⃣ Configure & Document
With authorization, we arrange administrative access, deploy agreed management tools, document the environment, and address approved onboarding priorities.

4️⃣ Support, Maintain & Improve
Employees use the designated support channel while we carry out agreed maintenance, administration, monitoring, training, and reporting.
Projects outside routine management receive a separate scope and approval.
🤝 Support Matched to Your Business
Managed IT can be structured as your primary support arrangement or as additional assistance alongside an existing internal team.
Your proposal identifies the services included and distinguishes routine administration from migrations, office moves, substantial upgrades, specialist security work, and other projects.
Support hours, response targets, monitoring coverage, training frequency, on-site availability, backup responsibilities, licensing, and additional charges are agreed in writing.
Continuous automated monitoring does not automatically include round-the-clock staffed support. Likewise, a response target describes when work or communication begins—not a guaranteed resolution time.
